The newly elected President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Senator John Azuta-Mbata, officially received his Certificate of Return during the handover ceremony held on February 5th, 2025, at the National Secretariat, No. 7 Park Avenue, GRA, Enugu.

The Electoral Committee that oversaw the elections held on January 10th, 2025, which brought in the current Ohanaeze Ndigbo Executive, was warmly received by the then President-General, Nze Ozichukwu Fidelis Chukwu KSM KSS.
